Employee/Staff Surveys and Engagement | Black Dog HR Consultancy near Milton Keynes

We design surveys aimed at attaining a better understanding of the attitudes of your employees including what motivates them and their perceptions of the company.

If you look after your employees, they will look after your customers, without whom you would have no business.

Your employees can help things go smoothly, increase profits, build fabulous customer relationships and take care of your reputation. However, they can also make bad decisions, give bad service and create ill-will, ultimately destroying your reputation and in turn your business.

In any organisation within the UK an average of only 23% of staff are fully engaged.

Our employee engagement programme includes surveys that will provide you with the information you need to understand the attitudes of your employees, what motivates them and their perception of the company.  The results can be used as part of the planning process for change, redevelopment, new initiatives or restructures.
